With over 43 years of coaching experience spanning professional, collegiate, and high school levels, Coach Doll brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. His career highlights include working with championship-winning teams, developing NFL draft picks, and mentoring athletes who excelled on and off the field.

High School Coaching: Coach Doll began shaping young athletes at Texas City High School and Walker High School, dedicating six years to building strong fundamentals and competitive programs.

Collegiate Coaching: Over 31 years, he made his mark at prestigious programs, including LSU, Notre Dame, Texas A&M, and Arizona State. His mentorship contributed to numerous bowl appearances, a National Championship at LSU, and the development of standout players drafted into the NFL, such as Bradie James, Renaldo Wynn, and Quentin Coryatt.

Professional Coaching: At the highest level, Coach Doll spent three years with the Denver Broncos, coaching elite talent like Al Wilson and D.J. Williams. His expertise extended to spring professional leagues, where he excelled as a defensive coordinator and special teams coach.
