Lawrence DallaBetta

Coach Lawrence is a speed, strength and conditioning coach with over eight years of experience at Tom Shaw Performance in Orlando, Florida. He holds a BA in History from the University of West Florida, where he was a member of the 2019 Division II National Championship football team. Following his collegiate career, Lawrence played professionally for the Philadelphia Stars in the United States Football League (USFL). After retiring from professional football, he gained valuable experience as a speed and strength intern under Brooks Johnson, focusing on training Olympic-level track athletes. Lawrence specializes in crafting personalized skill development, speed and conditioning programs as well as managing comprehensive athletic development plans. His expertise lies in helping athletes of all ages and skill levels unlock their full potential through sport-specific, tailored training programs.

Coach Shaw brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career, which includes coaching roles at Florida State University, the New Orleans Saints, and the New England Patriots, where he was instrumental in securing three Super Bowl victories. The program at Tom Shaw Sports Performance is renowned for its focus on increasing explosiveness and power to boost speed, with proven success across various sports and positions.

Coach Shaw has trained over 60 first-round NFL draft picks and numerous elite athletes, including Peyton Manning, Donovan McNabb, Michael Vick, Eric Moulds, Jacquez Green, Warrick Dunn, Derrick Brooks, Peter Boulware, Jevon Kearse, Ricky Williams, Dwayne Rudd, Deion Sanders, Rod Woodson, Saquon Barkley, Dak Prescott, and Cortez Hankton. His approach has transformed athletes at every level, preparing them for peak performance through individualized training regimens tailored to their specific needs.

Coach Lawrence Speed and Agility Group Training - Early Season

This group training will be one night per week for four weeks. Athletes will concentrate on agility and speed for their specific sport.
